Come and enjoy a glass of bubbles as Kirsty Manning chats about her new novel, The Jade Lily, set in Shanghai.
The novel explores a little-known aspect of Jewish and Chinese history. The Jade Lily offers a well-researched look at the harsh realities of war, and, ultimately, as a beautiful story of what it means to be a family and what one is willing to do for love.
This book is attracting much international interest, and will also be published in North America, Germany, Netherlands and into Hebrew over the next 12 months.
Books will be available to purchase on the night and have signed.
